Christine T. Dudley (Chicago)

Christine Dudley has thirty years of professional political and public affairs experience. After serving as the Midwest Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee from 1999-2002, she launched her own consulting business providing strategic and tactical services to a wide array of political and corporate clients.     From 1993-1999, she served as Executive Director for the Illinois Republican Party.  She has managed campaigns in Indiana, Iowa and Connecticut.  In the first Bush Administration, she was a Special Assistant to Secretary of Labor Lynn Martin in the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. 

Her dedication to mentoring women for public service is evident from her leadership with the Illinois Lincoln Excellence in Public Service Series, dedicated to preparing women to run for public office or seek public policy positions in local, state and federal government.  She served on the Board including a three-year term as President and remains a senior advisor.  Since its inception in 1994, The Illinois Series has mentored and trained 175 Republican women.  In 2010, Dudley expanded her role with the National Coalition of EIPSS programs serving as the volunteer coordinator for the planning and executing of the annual conference in Washington, D.C. focused on federal government and political issues.   

Christine has served as both moderator & panelist for annual Chicago League of Women Voters Status of Women in Illinois Politics. She was part of a bi-partisan team that developed the 1999 Chicago Women in Business, Politics and Power Symposium, a one-day event geared toward enhancing corporate women’s influence and effectiveness in leadership roles in the policy and political arenas. . 

National and Illinois media frequently call upon Chris to provide the Republican viewpoint on current events and the state and national political environment.   She has made numerous appearances on the nationally syndicated radio show, Beyond the Beltway”, Chicago Tonight” Eight Forty Eight” on Chicago Public Television/Radio.  In addition she has been a guest lecturer at a variety of academic institutions on the subject of politics and public affairs. 

Dudley has served on the boards of the Shattered Globe Theatre, The Government Assistance Program (GAP) and as a gubernatorial appointee of the Illinois Arts Council.  She is currently on the board of Chicago Women in Government Relations and is an appointed Deputy member of the Illinois Republican State Central Committee.


A proud native of the Hoosier state, Chris attended Indiana University and resides in Chicago.  

She is a recipient of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series National Coalition Iron Jawed Angel Award (2007).  Chris was the honored as an Outstanding Contributor to the Freedom House in Princeton, Illinois adding her name to The Gallery of Heroes and Heroines Award (2004).
